In past few decades the rate of unemployment has increased to an alarming level. Now people don’t have any security that their high level of education and professional experiences will lead them to better and financially secured life. Nor the companies and Employers provide any kind of security to their employees.Unemployment causes number of social issues in our societies. Family support and cooperation is also a major factor which can release the intensive tension of such people.Also governments and leading companies should develop fair opportunities in the market and opportunities must be open for all candidates with out any discrimination.
